St John’s Primary - Glasgow
At St John's Primary in Glasgow, we expanded the school with a new extension. Our team installed insulation, a membrane, and a 12-port underfloor heating manifold to ensure optimal heating performance. To finish the job, we applied Cemex liquid screed to a SR2 standard, providing a smooth and consistent surface for the school's new space.
Russell House - Edinburgh
At Russell House in Edinburgh, our team provided a comprehensive floor screeding solution. We first insulated the floor and laid a membrane to ensure optimal heating performance. Then, we expertly laid over 1000 meters of piping on an 11-port manifold, adapting to any design changes that arose during the project.
Despite the challenges, we were able to provide adequate coverage to the flooring with a screed thickness of 150mm at regular intervals. Our attention to detail and ability to adapt on-site allowed us to deliver outstanding results for our client. Our flexibility and on-site expertise ensured the project's successful completion and exceeded the necessary requirements and standards.
Darlington Crematorium
We were proud to partner with Darlington Council on the new build of the town's crematorium. Our task was to provide a level floor and, as the results show, expectations were met with great results. Covering a total area of 150m² our screeding services ensured a solid foundation for the building.
Alexander House - Auchterader
We recently transformed this space at Alexander House into a comfortable and energy-efficient venue. Our team expertly installed 100mm insulation and a protective membrane, followed by a 12-port manifold and over 1000 meters of piping. The result is a warm and inviting floor that will be perfect for weddings and other special events in this stunning location. We hope that all who use Alexander House will enjoy the comfort and warmth of its newly screeded floor.
